Girls Who Code offers the three big C’s: capabilities, career, and community. By providing girls with the opportunity to learn computer science skills through after-school clubs and summer immersion programs, they are providing pathways at an early age to the computing workforce.
How long is the Girls Who Code program?
You’ll make lifelong friends and learn in the style that works best for you when you participate in our 2-week immersion program or 6-week self-paced program. Current 9th-12th grade students who identify as girls or non-binary can apply, and no prior computer science experience is required.

Some of the best coders and problem solvers I personally know are female, and they are also on a mission to get more and more female involved in the field.
